General Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of delivery. We offer free return shipping via a prepaid label. You may choose to receive a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or an exchange for another item.

Original tags must still be attached.

Return Process
1. Email us with your order number and list the items you wish to return.
2. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Pack the items in their original packaging.
4. Attach the label and ship via the provided carrier or schedule a pickup.
5. We’ll process your return within 10 business days of receiving it.
6. Once approved, your refund will be issued within 7–14 days (depending on your bank).
Refund & Exchange Timeline

All transactions are final- Subscriptions to Kashmir Fair [Digital Products] Premium products are pre-paid and non-refundable except where required by law
Automatic renewal – Paid subscriptions automatically renew until you cancel them via the Account Site at https://account.kashmir-fair.com/
No partial refunds- There are no refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, even if features are modified or discontinued
Exception for Technical Issues
You may request a refund only if technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery or access to the product. In such cases, contact Kashmir Fair [Digital Products] Support or email info@kashmirfair.com
Cancellation
– You can cancel your subscription anytime, but you’ll lose access only at the end of your current billing period
– Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period
– Payment issues don’t cancel your subscription – you remain responsible for unpaid amounts
Kashmir Fair [Digital Products] may also suspend payment or refuse refunds if they find evidence of fraud, abuse, or manipulative behavior.
