All transactions are final- Subscriptions to Kashmir Fair [Digital Products] Premium products are pre-paid and non-refundable except where required by law
Automatic renewal – Paid subscriptions automatically renew until you cancel them via the Account Site at https://account.kashmir-fair.com/
No partial refunds- There are no refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, even if features are modified or discontinued
Exception for Technical Issues
You may request a refund only if technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery or access to the product. In such cases, contact Kashmir Fair [Digital Products] Support or email info@kashmirfair.com
Cancellation
– You can cancel your subscription anytime, but you’ll lose access only at the end of your current billing period
– Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period
– Payment issues don’t cancel your subscription – you remain responsible for unpaid amounts
Kashmir Fair [Digital Products] may also suspend payment or refuse refunds if they find evidence of fraud, abuse, or manipulative behavior.

Resale or Redistribution: “You may not resell, redistribute, share, or otherwise transfer the digital product in whole or in part to any third party, including via online marketplaces (e.g., Etsy, eBay) or private groups.”
Commercial Use Restrictions: “The digital product may not be used in advertising, promotional projects, product packaging, editorial content (e.g., magazines, newspapers), broadcast presentations, or any form of commercial media unless explicitly permitted under a separate commercial license.”
