General Return Policy 
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within  30 days  of delivery. We offer  free return shipping  via a prepaid label. You may choose to receive a  refund to your original payment method, store credit, or an exchange for another item.

 Eligibility Requirements 
 Items must be  unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
 Original tags must still be attached.
 Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

 Exempt Items (No Returns or Refunds) 
 Discounted or final sale items 
 Perishable goods(e.g., food, beverages)
 Beauty and personal care products (must be unused, returned within 14 days)
 Jewelry** (must be returned within 14 days)
 Handmade or custom-made items  (must be returned within 7 days)
 Gift cards and digital downloads 

 Return Process 
1.  Email us  with your order number and list the items you wish to return.
2. We’ll send you a  prepaid return shipping label.
3. Pack the items in their original packaging.
4. Attach the label and ship via the provided carrier or schedule a pickup.
5. We’ll process your return within  10 business days of receiving it.
6. Once approved, your refund will be issued within  7–14 days  (depending on your bank).

 Refund & Exchange Timeline 
 Refunds**: Processed within 7–14 days after return approval.
 Store credit**: Issued immediately upon return acceptance.
 Exchanges**: New item shipped once returned item is inspected.

 Shipping & Fees 
 Free return shipping  for eligible returns.
 Shipping costs are non-refundable** if the return is not due to our error.
 International returns : Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

 Damaged or Defective Items 
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within **48 hours** of delivery. We’ll arrange a **free return** and send a replacement or full refund.

All transactions are final- Subscriptions to Kashmir Fair [Digital Products] Premium products are pre-paid and non-refundable except where required by law
Automatic renewal  – Paid subscriptions automatically renew until you cancel them via the Account Site at https://account.kashmir-fair.com/
No partial refunds- There are no refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, even if features are modified or discontinued

Exception for Technical Issues

You may request a refund only if technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery or access to the product. In such cases, contact Kashmir Fair [Digital Products] Support or email info@kashmirfair.com

Cancellation

– You can cancel your subscription anytime, but you’ll lose access only at the end of your current billing period
– Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period
– Payment issues don’t cancel your subscription – you remain responsible for unpaid amounts

Kashmir Fair [Digital Products] may also suspend payment or refuse refunds if they find evidence of fraud, abuse, or manipulative behavior.

  • Commercial Use Restrictions“The digital product may not be used in advertising, promotional projects, product packaging, editorial content (e.g., magazines, newspapers), broadcast presentations, or any form of commercial media unless explicitly permitted under a separate commercial license.”
